Love the desert and the small pot rice noodle is the most hit for me. Definitely will come back to try more when I near by this area.

My first try was for a workday lunch by myself near my other usual Asian joints. Really glad I tried it. When entering you can get confused like I did with a boba counter within and their order kiosks! After I tried to navigate that mess a nice young server sensed my frustration with no care at all from the tea folks! He was great set me straight and actually sit me down in a booth! Again I was pretty much the only non Asian in the room which to me is a great sign. The server was more friendly and helpful than most Asian restaurant servers and I felt like I mattered a little more which usually isn't a big deal to me as long as the food is legit. But I'll remember that and will take family back to try more of the menu. I ordered the ground pork over noodle soup and it was very good. Although it was a bit rich and salty to eat as a lone meal alone. Would have loved to share it with someone along with a rice dish, app, and other type of entree. Their menu looked good and plenty of people dining there. Once a month or so I find a lunch place by myself that I want to go back with others and this is mine recently. Don't tell the nice folks at the other Sichuan places up the street I frequent.....

Came here alone after getting my nails done up the block at Tranquility! It is in a shared space with the juicery, Möge Tee. I ordered N4 braised pork rice noodle and W3 wontons in soup. This was a lot of food for one person! The rice noodle soup was filled with pork! The noodles were slippery and fun to slurp! The star anise, and other spices were abundant. The wontons were refreshing, and piping hot throughout my meal. The gentleman serving was not attentive, and slow. The food was taking longer than I expected but he never made rounds to provide an update. He dropped my food off and after he left I realized I didn't have any napkins. The table next to me didn't have any, and I had to track him down to get them. I'm slurping saucy red noodles, napkins should be readily available. My water glass went empty and I had to eye stalk him. I ended up closing out at that time because I already knew by the time I was done and ready to go, I wouldn't be able to find him. Btw this place wasn't busy. There were a lot of tables filled but I came to realize they were all waiting for a drink at Moge Tee! There was one woman working and about 8 people sitting, waiting on drinks. Very popular, but I did not try it. If you're a solo diner like myself, this was a fun place to people watch.

I thought we lost the GOAT crossing bridge noodle in Bellevue but this replacement is as good as PAVO if not better. Food: Beef noodle soup: best beef noodle soup base in Bellevue. I got the original without the extra chilli oil and it was perfect level of spicy and beef soup taste. They gave you a decent amount of braised beef. Not too much but not too little. For $15 in Bellevue is a pretty good price range. I seen noodle place charge more than $18. We also got their new pork tomato with pea leaf noodle soup. It's very good too. It has the cross bridge noodle soup base but the tomato and pea leaf gives it a slight different taste to the soup. My wife and kid were able to share one bowl of noodle. Service: they only had two server and they constantly was checking on us and how my kid was doing with the food. Friendly service and gave us some suggestion to their menu.

I went here to try out their noodles - they have the aesthetic crossing-the-bridge rice noodles, but I opted for the Szechuan braised beef noodles in chili oil as I was craving more of the spiciness (and I have tried the crossing-the-bridge rice noodles somewhere else and the premium you pay is mostly on presentation). The braised beef noodles were decent - I really enjoy the braised beef and the chili oil, but not so much the noodles themselves. The noodles were thin noodles which is fine, but they were on the slightly overcooked side - requesting noodle texture would be preferred, and I'd imagine the noodles will be a bit too soft if you did takeout (unless they factored that in). Service is good as water refills are present, which is helpful for the dish I ordered (spicy). But, the dish was not as spicy as I thought which is a plus, as I like spicy but not too spicy. Bonus is that this place shares space with Moge Tee so I was able to buy and bring in boba from there, and it seems like you can order Moge Tee drinks in the table QR code as well!
